Revenue Sharing for Expert Graph Contributors

1. How It Works

The Fodda Expert Graph program lets domain experts publish their research as queryable knowledge graphs:

  1. Upload your trend report — Submit a PDF of your research at app.fodda.ai
  2. Review and ingestion — Our team reviews your submission and ingests it into a queryable Expert Graph
  3. Earn revenue — When users access your graph, you earn a share of the revenue

2. Revenue Share Model

API Call Purchases

You receive 50% of the per-API-call fee. At the current rate of $1.00 per API call, you earn $0.50 for each API call consumed against your graph by a top-up purchaser.

Subscriber Plan Usage

You receive 50% of total Fodda subscriber revenue, proportional to your graph's share of total API call usage across all graphs.

Example: If your graph accounts for 10% of all API call usage in a given month and Fodda earns $10,000 from subscriber plans, your revenue share is $500.

3. Payment Details

  • Minimum payout threshold: To be determined
  • Payment frequency: Monthly
  • Earnings tracking: Real-time via your dashboard at app.fodda.ai

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full intellectual property rights over your original research and source material. By submitting a graph, you grant Fodda a non-exclusive license to structure, host, and distribute your content as a queryable Expert Graph within the Fodda platform. Your name, brand, and attribution appear on every response sourced from your graph.

5. Quality & Review

All submitted graphs go through a review process before being made live. Fodda reserves the right to decline submissions that do not meet quality standards or that fall outside the platform's domain scope. You will receive feedback if your submission requires changes.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email before they take effect. Final, binding terms will be provided to each contributor before any revenue payouts are processed.
