Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fodda's services — including our website (www.fodda.ai), API, MCP integration, and the Fodda Sandbox application (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services Description

Fodda provides structured, expert-curated knowledge graphs accessible via REST API and Model Context Protocol (MCP). These graphs provide contextual intelligence for AI systems, copilots, and research workflows. Fodda does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

3. Account & API Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You agree not to share, publish, or embed API keys in client-side code. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-export graph data
• Use the Services to build a competing knowledge graph product
• Exceed your plan's API call limits without authorization
• Misrepresent Fodda-sourced data as your own original research
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. Usage is tracked by API call consumption against your plan's monthly API call limit. Overages are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at Fodda's discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All knowledge graph content, curation, and structure are the intellectual property of Fodda and its content partners (PSFK, Ben Dietz, etc.). You receive a license to query and use the returned data within your applications, but you do not acquire ownership of the underlying graph data.

7. Attribution

When using Fodda-sourced context in published or user-facing outputs, we encourage attribution to the relevant knowledge graph and curator (e.g., "Source: PSFK Retail Graph via Fodda").

8. Limitation of Liability

Fodda provides knowledge graph data "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on graph data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
